The TIPS University series covers basic to advanced transjugular intrehaptic portosystemic shunts, including referral sources, pre-operative workup, and the importance of patient selection and MELD score. Basic procedure techniques are discussed step-by-step, followed by more advanced techniques like gunsight and splenic access. An extra module on BRTO is also included for additional insight.
