The Social Media Clip Coordinator supports the day-to-day distribution of BackTable podcast clips across LinkedIn and X. This role ensures that clips are published accurately, on schedule, and with the appropriate details.

BackTable is looking for talented self-starters with an interest in medicine, technology, and podcasting to join the BackTable Team.
In this part-time, fully remote role, you will work closely with the social media and production teams to prepare, schedule, and publish podcast clips across LinkedIn and X. You will also maintain content workflows, create simple branded thumbnails, and confirm that every post includes accurate captions, formatting, and tags.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Monitoring the BackTable content pipeline for clips ready to be scheduled
• Creating on-brand thumbnails using established templates
• Scheduling clips across LinkedIn and X
• Verifying captions, links, formatting, accounts, and publishing dates
• Researching and applying relevant physician, guest, and organization tags
• Maintaining accurate workflow statuses
• Confirming scheduled posts publish successfully
• Flagging missing assets, scheduling conflicts, unclear instructions, or potential delays

Requirements
Education:
• Medical student or undergraduate student pursuing degree in biological sciences, biomedical engineering, health sciences, or related pre-medical field
• 3.6 minimum GPA
Skills:
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent organization and time management.
• Ability to follow established workflows and processes.
• Comfortable learning LinkedIn and X publishing tools.
• Comfortable learning or familiarity with YouTube Studio, LinkedIn, X, and Canva.
• Ability to follow brand guidelines and create simple, consistent social media graphics.
• Strong written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage recurring responsibilities.

Compensation
$22 Per Hour
