Dr. Adnan Siddiqui is a cerebrovascular neurosurgeon at the University at Buffalo specializing in the comprehensive management of stroke, aneurysms, and complex vascular malformations. With dual training in microsurgery and endovascular techniques, he focuses on tailoring treatment strategies across surgical, radiosurgical, and minimally invasive approaches to optimize outcomes for patients with neurovascular disease.

In addition to his clinical work, Dr. Siddiqui is a leader in stroke research and innovation, serving as CEO of the Jacobs Institute and leading the Canon Stroke and Vascular Research Center. He has authored hundreds of publications and led major clinical trials that have helped shape modern stroke care. Passionate about collaboration and education, he works closely with multidisciplinary teams to advance new technologies, improve training pathways, and translate cutting-edge research into real-world patient care.
