About
Dr. Mohammad Alkhalil is a Consultant Cardiologist and Structural Heart Interventionist at the Freeman Hospital. He graduated from Damascus University and completed his interventional cardiology training at the Royal Victoria Hospital in Belfast, UK, and Toronto General Hospital in Canada. He obtained an MSc in Cardiology at Trinity College Dublin, Ireland, and a DPhil degree in Cardiovascular Medicine at the University of Oxford, UK. His research interests include atherosclerosis, myocardial infarction, transcatheter aortic valve implantation (TAVI), and cardiac magnetic resonance imaging.
