After earning her medical degree from the Iuliu Hațieganu University of Medicine and Pharmacy in Romania, she completed her internal medicine residency in Connecticut before pursuing advanced training in endocrinology. Known for her clinical expertise and commitment to education, she has been recognized multiple times with teaching awards, reflecting her impact on trainees and colleagues alike.
