About

Dr. Mark Brady is an emergency medicine physician and Associate Professor of Emergency Medicine at The Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University, where he serves as a clinician educator with a focus on global emergency medicine. He earned his medical degree and Master of Medical Science from Brown, as well as a Master of Public Health from the Harvard School of Public Health, and completed his residency training at Yale–New Haven Hospital. His work reflects a commitment to patient-centered care and advancing emergency medicine through both education and global health initiatives.

In addition to his academic role, Dr. Brady has held clinical and leadership positions in emergency medicine and has contributed to medical education and media, including work as a writer and producer on educational programming. He also serves as a lieutenant commander in the U.S. Navy Reserve, supporting military medical efforts. Known for his philosophy of compassionate, nonjudgmental care, Dr. Brady brings a multidisciplinary perspective that spans clinical practice, public health, and global emergency medicine.
