Dr. Anushka Gaglani is a co-founder and co-CEO at Areo Dental Group. She and Dr. Nagaraj (Dr. Raj) opened their first practice at the end of 2015 and quickly discovered a shared passion for delivering exceptional patient care and transforming the dental experience. Today, Areo Dental Group’s core value is centered around same-day, high-quality comprehensive care and creating stellar patient experiences. There is nothing she loves more than seeing a fearful patient come to love the dentist and empowering other dentists and team members to create that same experience.
Dr. Gaglani firmly believes that continuous skill development is essential for dentists and their teams to thrive. She is a strong advocate for extensive continuing education for both dentists and the team members who support them. She has a particular passion for helping female dentists grow and thrive as confident, skilled clinicians, as well as supporting her team members to grow from within the organization.
Under her leadership, Areo Dental Group has been recognized on the Inc. 5000 list multiple times. She has been recognized as a Titan 100 CEO, has been featured on numerous podcasts, panels and conferences as an expert in her field and had her own podcast with Dr. Raj titled Filling You In: A Dental Podcast with A² on YouTube. In addition to leading and growing the organization, Dr. Gaglani is currently pursuing her Executive MBA at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, one of the top-ranked M7 programs.
