About

Dr. John McGinn, MD, FACS, is a general otolaryngologist, with particular interest and expertise in rhinology and laryngology. He received his medical school education at the Penn State College of Medicine, and then completed his residency in Otolaryngology - Head & Neck Surgery at Eastern Virginia Graduate Medical School. After 2 years in private practice, Dr. McGinn transitioned back to the academic setting and has been on staff at Penn State Health Milton Hershey Medical Center since 2003. Currently a Professor in Otolaryngology - Head & Neck Surgery, he also serves as Vice Chair of the Department and Residency Program Director.
