Laryngopharyngeal Reflux (LPR) is a disease of the upper aerodigestive tract resulting from direct and/or indirect effects of gastric contents. Laryngologist Dr. Inna Husain explains atypical LPR presentations and when to suspect that LPR or extralaryngeal pathology is at play in patients with chronic and nonspecific symptoms.
