Woojin Kim is the Chief Strategy Officer and Chief Medical Information Officer at HOPPR, Chief Medical Officer at the American College of Radiology Data Science Institute, and a musculoskeletal radiologist at the Palo Alto VA Medical Center. He was the Co-founder and CMO at Equium Intelligence, acquired by Rad AI in 2022, where he served as CMIO until 2025. Dr. Kim was the Chief Medical Information Officer at Nuance Communications from 2016 to 2019. He was a Co-founder and Director of Innovation at Montage Healthcare Solutions, acquired by Nuance in 2016.
He served as Interim Chief of the Division of Musculoskeletal Imaging, Chief of Radiography Modality, Director of the Center for Translational Imaging Informatics, Associate Director of Imaging Informatics, and Assistant Professor of Radiology at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania. He completed his radiology residency and MSK fellowship training at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania. Also, he completed an Imaging Informatics fellowship at the University of Maryland/Baltimore VA Medical Center.
