Dr. Denis Patterson

Dr. Denis Patterson is a board-certified physician specializing in pain medicine and physical medicine and rehabilitation, with a career focused on helping patients manage complex and chronic pain conditions. He earned his medical degree from Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed advanced training through a residency at the Mayo Clinic and a fellowship at Emory University. With more than a decade of clinical experience, Dr. Patterson has built his practice around restoring function and improving quality of life for patients dealing with conditions such as degenerative disc disease, nerve pain, and musculoskeletal disorders.

Dr. Patterson is the founder of Nevada Advanced Pain Specialists and has played a leadership role in advancing multidisciplinary, patient-centered approaches to pain care. As Medical Director of the Pain Management Center at Northern Nevada Medical Center, he has helped pioneer innovative treatment strategies aimed at identifying the root causes of pain and reducing suffering through minimally invasive and evidence-based techniques.
