About

Dr. Carla Rae Gunn is an accomplished Obstetrician-Gynecologist with over 14 years of experience in the field of women’s health. She has dedicated her career to providing comprehensive and compassionate care to women of all ages, covering a diverse range of specialties including, but not limited to reproductive health, menopause management, and minimally invasive surgery.


Dr. Gunn’s journey into medicine began with a passion of improving the lives of women through compassionate healthcare achieved by truly listening to the needs and concerns of her patients and seeking to better understand each patient as an individual to create a complete treatment plan tailored to their needs. Dr. Gunn graduated from Hampton University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Molecular Biology. She then went on to obtain her Doctorate of Medicine at the University of Connecticut School of Medicine and completed her OB/GYN residency at St Francis Hospital in Hartford, CT.
