About
Dr. Eve Zaritsky is an obstetrician-gynecologist and minimally invasive gynecologic surgeon (MIGS) based in the San Francisco Bay Area. Originally from New York, she earned her BA in Community Health from Brown University and her medical degree from Stanford University, where she spent a year in El Salvador providing care, conducting research, and becoming fluent in Spanish. She completed her OB/GYN residency at UCSF and a MIGS fellowship, including advanced laparoscopy and robotics, at Stanford. Dr. Zaritsky specializes in endometriosis, fibroids, and complex gynecologic conditions, offering individualized surgical care for fertility preservation and collaborating with specialists across infertility, colorectal surgery, and pelvic pain. She has trained doctors across Northern California, helped implement advanced surgical techniques, participates in clinical research, presents nationally, and has published in medical journals.
She chose OB/GYN for the opportunity to build long-term relationships with patients and educate them about their bodies. Her focus includes surgery for fibroids, endometriosis, gender-affirming procedures, and genetic cancer syndromes. Dr. Zaritsky strives to provide the most up-to-date care so patients can live their healthiest lives. Outside of medicine, she enjoys surfing, swimming, biking, snowboarding, backpacking, traveling, and spending time with friends and family, taking full advantage of the Bay Area’s cultural and outdoor offerings.
