Paula Bilica DO is proud to be a San Antonio OBGYN with LEgacy Women’s Health. Every day, she strives to improve each of her patient’s lives by providing world-class women’s healthcare. She believes that every woman deserves exceptional care at every age and stage, so she provides both gynecological and obstetrical care. This means she can assist a wide variety of patients, including women facing menopausal symptoms, patients with a routine or high-risk pregnancy and teens coming to their first appointment.


Paula Bilica DO earned her medical degree from Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine in Kirksville, Missouri. She then completed her residency program in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Jersey Shore Medical Center. There, she had the proud distinction of being the chief obstetrics and gynecology resident for the academic year 2007-2008.
