Mr. Davis joined HealthTronics in July 2009 as Senior Vice President and General Counsel. Prior to joining HealthTronics, Mr. Davis served as the Senior Vice President, Legal Affairs and General Counsel of Endocare, Inc., a medical device company headquartered in Irvine, California, which HealthTronics acquired in July 2009. Prior to that, Mr. Davis practiced corporate and securities law with Morrison & Foerster LLP in San Diego, Troy & Gould LLP in Los Angeles and Bingham Dana LLP in Boston. Mr. Davis obtained his Juris Doctor degree from Harvard Law School and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Classics from Rice University.
