Dr. George R. Schade is a urologic oncologist and Professor of Urology at UW Medicine specializing in the diagnosis and surgical treatment of bladder, prostate, kidney, and testicular cancers. He has expertise in robotic, laparoscopic, and open urologic oncology procedures, as well as image-guided and focal therapies for urologic cancers. In addition to his clinical practice, Dr. Schade leads research focused on developing innovative technologies to improve cancer diagnosis and treatment, with particular interests in therapeutic ultrasound, minimally invasive cancer therapies, and advancing precision approaches to urologic oncology.
