Dr. Josh Langston

Dr. Joshua Langston is a urologist and currently the Managing Partner and Chief Executive Officer at Urology of Virginia. He has broad experience in all aspects of adult urology with subspecialty fellowship training in Men’s Health – focusing on Erectile Dysfunction, Peyronie’s Disease, infertility, and voiding difficulties related to the prostate. After residency training at the University of North Carolina – Chapel Hill, he completed a fellowship in Andrology & Male Reconstructive Urology at the Institute of Urology in London, England.


In addition to clinical pursuits, Dr. Langston has a strong interest in health policy, advocacy and physician leadership in medicine. He served as Chief Medical Officer for Urology of Virginia for 4 years prior to assuming the Managing Partner role. Dr. Langston was selected as the American Urological Association (AUA) 2017 Holtgrewe Legislative Fellow, spending time as a health policy legislative advisor in the U.S. Senate. He is chair of the Political Affairs Committee for the Large Urology Group Practice Association and was awarded their 2019 Advocate of the Year award. He is also a member of the AUA Public Policy Council, Legislative Affairs Committee, and Coding and Reimbursement committees, in addition to being chair of the Health Policy committee for the Mid-Atlantic section of the AUA.
