Synopsis
First the doctors discuss the changing landscape of urologic oncology fellowships and the favorable job market for those graduating from residency. They also share how their experiences in residency and mentorship from esteemed urology professionals shaped their paths towards urologic oncology. Additionally, they discuss the Society of Urologic Oncology (SUO) Clinical Trials Consortium and its role in providing education and resources to fellows.
