About
Dr. Majid is a Co-Founder and CEO of ZipRad. She is an interventional radiologist who is a Board Certified Diplomate of the American Board of Radiology with a Certificate of Added Qualification (CAQ) in Vascular and Interventional Radiology. Previously, Dr. Majid was the Chairman of the Department of Radiology at Methodist Dallas and Methodist Charlton Medical Centers as well as a Partner at Radiological Consultants Association. She was a founder of MTV IR, PLLC, an interventional radiology practice in Dallas, TX, focused on interventional oncology and complex procedures. By applying best business practices with excellent service and outcomes, Dr. Majid helped lead the practice to over $1M in revenue within 1.5 years of its creation. In June 2017, Dr. Majid completed her MBA at Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management. She has authored three scientific papers and five poster presentations, has been named to D Magazine's “Best Doctor” list many times and was selected by the International Association of Radiologists (IAR) as one of the “Leading Physicians of the World.” She focuses on strategy, operations, marketing, branding and leadership in the business of healthcare.
