Dr. Sacks graduated from the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania. He completed an internal medicine internship at Waterbury Hospital, a diagnostic radiology residency at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania, and diagnostic radiology fellowship at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania. He is board certified with the American Board of Radiology.
