Deepak Sudheendra, MD, MHCI, RPVI, FSIR, affectionately known as Dr. Sudi, is a Board-Certified Vascular and Interventional Radiologist and the visionary founder of 360 Vascular Institute. As CEO and Medical Director, he brings world-class vascular care to the heart of Ohio—blending cutting-edge innovation with a deeply personal approach.
A proud Ohio native, Dr. Sudi spent over a decade at the prestigious Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania (HUP)—one of the nation’s top academic medical centers—where he became a national leader in the early diagnosis and treatment of Peripheral Vascular Disease (PVD). His mission: to prevent amputations through advanced, limb-saving interventions that have transformed thousands of lives. At HUP, Dr. Sudi founded and directed the DVT and Complex Venous Disease Program, a nationally recognized center of excellence that drew nearly 400 patients annually from across the globe. As an Assistant Professor of Clinical Radiology and Surgery at the University of Pennsylvania’s Perelman School of Medicine, he trained over 200 residents and fellows, shaping the next generation of vascular specialists.
His collaborative work with the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP) helped create seamless transitions for young patients with complex vascular conditions as they entered adulthood—reflecting his commitment to lifelong, patient-centered care. Now, Dr. Sudi brings his Ivy League-caliber expertise home to Ohio. At 360 Vascular Institute, he leads a team dedicated to delivering minimally invasive, outpatient vascular treatments — offering advanced care without the need for hospital stays or incisions.
Dr. Sudi is internationally recognized for his expertise in: peripheral Arterial Disease (PAD), deep Vein Thrombosis (DVT), pelvic Venous Disease, vascular Compression Syndromes.
