About

Dr. Keith M. Horton is an interventional radiologist at MedStar Health in Washington, DC, where he specializes in minimally invasive, image-guided procedures that treat vascular and other complex conditions without the need for open surgery. Through techniques such as catheter-based interventions and advanced imaging guidance, Dr. Horton helps patients access effective treatments with shorter recovery times and less disruption to daily life. His clinical work focuses on delivering precise, patient-centered care while advancing the role of interventional radiology in modern medicine.

Dr. Horton earned his medical degree from the University of North Carolina School of Medicine and completed his residency training at the University of North Carolina Hospitals before pursuing fellowship training at the University of Minnesota Hospital and Clinic. In addition to his clinical work, he serves as an associate professor of radiology at Georgetown University School of Medicine, where he contributes to the education of future physicians and the continued development of minimally invasive therapies.
