Dr. Robert C.G. Martin II, M.D., Ph.D. is the Director of Surgical Oncology at the University of Louisville in Louisville, Kentucky. He specializes in esophageal cancer, gastrointestinal cancers, liver and pancreatic cancer, and peritoneal surface cancers.

Dr. Martin received his medical degree from University of Louisville School of Medicine in 1995. He then completed a residency in general surgery at University of Louisville Hospital, followed by a fellowship in Surgical Oncology/Hepatobiliary Surgery at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center.
