Dr. Steven Y. Huang, MD, FSIR, is a Professor of Interventional Radiology in the Division of Diagnostic Imaging at The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center. Board-certified in radiology with subspecialty training in vascular and interventional radiology, he specializes in minimally invasive, image-guided procedures for patients with cancer and complex vascular conditions. In addition to his clinical work, Dr. Huang serves in a leadership role overseeing clinical program operations, with a focus on safety, quality, and multidisciplinary care.

Dr. Huang is also an active researcher whose work centers on interventional oncology and vascular interventions, including embolization techniques, venous disease management, and device innovation. He regularly publishes in peer-reviewed journals and collaborates across specialties to advance procedural care. His combined commitment to patient-centered treatment, clinical leadership, and academic research makes him a trusted physician for patients and a valued collaborator among medical colleagues.
