About
Tara is the Director of Anticoagulation Services & Stewardship for Beth Israel Lahey Health System. She received her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences in Boston, MA in 2006 and completed 2 years of residency at the University of Massachusetts Memorial Medical Center, where she specialized in cardiovascular medicine and anticoagulation management. She is a Certified Anticoagulation Care Provider and serves as the co-chair of the Anticoagulation Subcommittee for Beth Israel Lahey Health, where she is committed to developing system-wide antithrombotic policies and creating an integrated stewardship program.
