About
Dr. Abdul Khan is an interventional radiologist and Assistant Professor of Radiology at UChicago Medicine, where he specializes in minimally invasive, image-guided procedures for the treatment of liver, gallbladder, and bile duct disorders, venous disease, and cancer. His clinical expertise includes interventional oncology, arterial embolization, histotripsy, regional cancer therapy, and advanced hepatobiliary interventions. Dr. Khan earned his medical degree from Chicago Medical School at Rosalind Franklin University, completed his diagnostic radiology residency at the University of Arizona, and his interventional radiology fellowship at Northwestern McGaw Medical Center. In addition to his clinical practice, he is actively involved in research focused on interventional oncology, portal hypertension, biliary disease, and image-guided therapies for hepatobiliary and vascular conditions.
