Dr. John Pavlus is an interventional radiologist and Chief of Interventional Radiology at Brooke Army Medical Center in San Antonio, Texas. He earned his medical degree from Georgetown University School of Medicine before completing his diagnostic radiology residency through the National Capital Consortium and an interventional radiology fellowship at MedStar Georgetown University Hospital. Dr. Pavlus specializes in minimally invasive, image-guided procedures with expertise in trauma, vascular disease, and complex interventions. As an active leader in military medicine, he has contributed to advancing expeditionary interventional radiology and educating the next generation of physicians through his clinical practice, research, and academic involvement.
