Dr. Brennan Dodson

Dr. Michael Dodson founded Bridger ENT in 2006 with a commitment to exceptional, efficient, and patient-centered care, all values that have guided the practice through more than 80,000 patient visits. A board-certified otolaryngologist, he trained at the University of Oklahoma and completed his residency at the University of Colorado, gaining extensive experience across level-1 trauma centers and Denver Children’s Hospital. Known as “the doctors’ doctor,” he cares for more healthcare professionals in the Gallatin Valley than any other ENT provider and sees more than 4,000 patients and performs nearly 1,000 surgeries each year. Patients value his approachable, down-to-earth style and his ability to explain complex conditions in clear, relatable language.

Dr. Dodson is also a dedicated educator, leader, and expert in nasal and sinus disease. He is southwest Montana’s only University of Washington School of Medicine Clinical Instructor in Otolaryngology and the state’s only ENT with the prestigious Fellow of the American Rhinologic Society (FARS) designation. He lectures nationally, trains future physicians, and continually updates his practice through ongoing education and outcomes-based improvement. A former president of the Montana Society of Otolaryngology and current Medical Director of the Bozeman Outpatient Surgery Center, he brings a relentless commitment to excellence to every aspect of his work. Outside of medicine, Dr. Dodson enjoys time with his family and saltwater fly fishing.
