About Dr. Jessica Lee
Jessica Lee earned her Doctor of Medicine at the University of Mississippi Medical School and completed residency at Medical University of South Carolina. After practicing as a comprehensive otolaryngologist for several years, Dr. Lee studied and earned a second board certification in Lifestyle Medicine. Dr Lee serves on the Geriatric Otolaryngology Committee for the American Academy of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery Foundation and has presented at several national meetings.
Practicing as a comprehensive otolaryngologist in Charleston, SC with Charleston ENT and Allergy, Dr Lee prioritizes building a trusting relationship with her patients and is an advocate for minimizing unnecessary medications. She uses her background in Lifestyle Medicine to address the whole patient, often providing opportunities for lifestyle interventions integrated into treatment plans. Inspired by her patients’ determination and success, Dr Lee launched Integrative ENT Health-a platform to educate and build awareness of the power of nutrition, sleep, activity, stress management, and more in our ENT health and general health.
In her free time, Dr. Lee is Co-founder and Director of Keto Hope Foundation, a 501©3 improving the lives of families using the ketogenic diet as medical therapy for epilepsy. With the only international peer support program, educational events, and grant funded projects to ease the stress and burden of ketogenic diet therapy, the foundation is a passion project near to her heart.
Weekends are spent cooking with her family, spending time in nature, and recharging through time with loved ones and lots of trips to the library. The best weekends are unplanned!
