About Dr. Zola N’Dandu
Dr. Zola N’Dandu is an interventional cardiologist, whose commitment lies in the realm of peripheral arterial disease, with a specific emphasis on critical limb ischemia. Dr. N’Dandu embarked on his educational journey at Old Dominion University in Norfolk, Virginia, where he cultivated a foundation for his future endeavors. This academic pursuit led him to Eastern Virginia Medical School, where he earned his medical degree in 2001.
Driven by a passion for healing, Dr. N’ Dandu furthered his training in New Orleans at Ochsner Health System, specializing in Internal medicine, Cardiology, and Interventional Cardiology with a dedicated extra year in Peripheral Vascular Disease. After 2 years in Phoenix, Arizona he returned to the Greater New Orleans Area to work at Ochsner. Eventually he became the section head of Cardiology and Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory at Ochsner Medical Center in Kenner. Originating from the Democratic Republic of Congo, he brings a multilingual aspect, being fluent in French, Lingala, and Kikongo.
