Laurie Bouzarelos

Laurie Bouzarelos, MHA, CPC, FACHE is the founder of Provider Solutions, a health care consulting business offering expertise, leadership, and data-driven strategies to improve the viability of physician-owned private practices. Laurie's client work focuses on improving payer contracts, identifying revenue cycle shortfalls, and implementing workflow and software solutions to maximize revenue for small and mid-market health care businesses. Laurie has over 25 years of diverse experience including managed care contracting in both the physician practice and hospital settings, planning and business development, revenue cycle optimization, chart review and physician coding education.

Laurie understands the unique business needs of independent practices and has a history of successful engagements founded on helping business owners negotiate their payer contracts, leading high return revenue cycle management projects and providing education for physician business owners and their revenue cycle staff.

Laurie earned a Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Family Studies from Colorado State University and a Master of Health Administration (MHA) from Cornell University. She is a Certified Healthcare Executive (CHE) and a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives. In 2016, Laurie earned the Certified Professional Coder (CPC) credential through AAPC. In 2023 Laurie earned her Fellow credential (FACHE) with the American College of Healthcare Executives.
